about me:

After a decade in the corporate world, mostly stuck in my inbox and chasing goals that didn’t really matter. I realized I was spending most of my day doing work that didn’t light me up... and calling it normal.

So I started asking better questions. Like:
What if I just followed what I was curious about?

Now, I’m on a quiet mission to rebuild from the inside out.

I write about the habits that keep me grounded, the health routines that make me stronger, and the uncomfortable (but important) lessons that come from relationships. It’s all fair game.

This is a space to document the journey of living with more purpose, sharing what’s helped, and staying open to what I don’t know yet.

Not an expert. Just someone trying in public.

my life story:

Ages 2–10: The Dirt Era
Loved sports. Hated homework. Usually covered in mud and grass stains.

Ages 10–18: The Baseball Era
Lived, breathed, and slept baseball. Thought it was the future. It wasn’t.

Ages 18–22: The Lost Era
Baseball ended. Identity crisis kicked in. Started reading, writing, and questioning everything. That’s when growth really began.

Ages 22–33: The Grind Era
Fell into tech. Chased titles and paychecks. Learned how to communicate but still no real purpose.

Ages 33–Now: The Build Era
Stopped chasing. Started building—myself, my brand, my life. Learning to be a better partner. Getting married. Sharing the journey in real time.
